About this stay
The residence and the Thalazur thalasso centre share one hillside site on chemin des Moyennes Bréguières, about 2 km from the nearest beach. Its 46 apartments sleep one to four people, each with a kitchen corner. Under Thalazur, guests had three outdoor sea-water pools, one heated from April to September, as well as the centre's 2,000 m² marine spa with heated indoor sea-water pools, sauna and hammam; spa treatments were charged separately.
The indoor pool was closed to children under 12 in July and August, and pets were accepted with a supplement. Keys were handed over between 17:00 and 20:00, the covered car park had 160 spaces, and the tourist office lists a lift. Thalazur announced in June 2026 that it was ceding the Antibes site from 30 September 2026, without naming the buyer, so check the current operator before planning a spa stay.

Our take
Thalazur handed over its Antibes site on 30 September 2026, and neither the buyer nor a new name had been announced by mid-October 2026; Maeva also showed the residence as closed to bookings. Read what follows as the place under Thalazur. The residence stands on chemin des Moyennes Bréguières, on the hillside above town, not on the sea: the nearest beach is about 2 km away and the old town about 4 km. Its draw was the thalasso centre on the same site, with heated indoor sea-water pools, a sauna and a hammam. I would book it only with a car and a spa programme confirmed for my dates.

Why guests love itThe 46 apartments sleep one to four people, the outdoor pools held sea water and the car park was covered, which made this a self-catering base with spa extras rather than a beach holiday. The catch for children is real: the indoor pool was closed to under-12s in July and August, and the beach is about 2 km away, so every swim in the sea means a drive. Pets were accepted with a supplement. Families who want to walk to the sand are better off in Juan-les-Pins, and I would consider this residence only once its new operator confirms the pools and the spa are open.
