Two bedrooms and a bathroom give a small family or two couples proper separate space, and the garden and terrace extend the living area outdoors, unusual for a property this close to the cathedral. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and air-conditioning covers the warmer months. Cathedrale St-Etienne and the National School of Arts are both under a kilometre away, with the Esteve Museum and Palais Jacques-Coeur an easy walk beyond that. Parquet floors and a proper dining area round out the interior, and the quarter's quieter pace makes this a genuinely restful base for a family after a day of old-town sightseeing.
