Our take
I would pick the Kyriad La Rochelle Centre Ville for its balance of access and practicality. The old harbour and the station are each about 1 km away, the 45 rooms are modern, some are adapted for disabled guests, and the enclosed car park solves a common problem in La Rochelle. Guests wanting to wake up on the quays will prefer a hotel on the port itself.
