Our take
I would pick Edgar Suites Lille Faidherbe for its independence and its address: the Grand Place and Lille Flandres station are both a short walk away. Kitchenettes, washing machines and streaming services make longer stays easy. Travellers who expect an on-site restaurant or the full services of a traditional hotel may be happier with a classic property.
- ✓Take advantage of the kitchenette to prepare some meals and save on dining out.
- ✓Walk to Grand Place Lille and the train stations, as they are very close by.
- ✓Use the washing machine for longer stays to pack lighter.
