Our take
I would recommend Séjours & Affaires Jeanne d'Arc to travellers who value independence and a central base in Orléans, whether on business or for leisure. The studios and apartments are functional, and the address puts the theatre, restaurants, Place du Martroi and the station within easy reach. If you expect a full-service hotel with a lobby bar and daily extras, I would look elsewhere. For a practical stay in the historic core, it fits well.
- ✓Explore the historic center on foot, it's right on your doorstep
- ✓Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchenettes for some meals
- ✓Walk to Place du Martroi in the evening for dinner and people-watching
Why we love it
- Central location in a historic district
- Well-equipped studios and apartments
- Proximity to the train station
- Easy access to Orléans' main sights
Why guests love itI would consider this aparthotel for a family or a longer stay in Orléans, when a studio or apartment is more useful than a standard room. It stands in the historic district, close to the theatre, restaurants, Place du Martroi and the train station. The atmosphere is warm and functional rather than grand. Self-catering space helps with children, though full hotel services are more limited than in a classic hotel.
